General Terms and Conditions

1. General positions
Our deliveries, services and offers are made solely based on the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of the goods. Deviations from these conditions are acceptable only when we have confirmed this in writing form.

2. Proposals and contract
The proposals in our online store are subject to change and are non-binding. Deviations from this condition are possible only after obtaining written consent from us. With his order the customer makes a binding intention to purchase, we accept a written confirmation or dispatch the ordered items.

3. Terms of delivery
Our delivery terms are binding and meet the conditions specified by the responsible courier company. Deviations from this condition are possible only if we declare it in writing.

4. Returns
The resulting product should be reviewed by the customer according to the description, any transport damage or obvious flaw. Objections to the obvious shortcomings of the products must be made in writing form to the Rallye Breslau International GmbH & Co within 2 weeks from the date of delivery, giving the order number or invoice number for the item. The presence of damaged or missing packages must be confirmed in writing by the representative of the courier engaged upon receipt / acceptance. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to reject any claim. The right of inspection and complaint to the consumer, according to legal regulations remain unaffected.

5. Provided for acquisition of property
Ordered via our e-shop goods remain the property of Rallye Breslau International GmbH & Co until all the agreed payments for the orders.

6. Payment
The deadline for payment is imposed immediately upon receipt by the purchaser of issued by Rallye Breslau International GmbH & Co. KG invoice for the product. Payment is considered made when the amount is credited to the account of the Rallye Breslau International GmbH & Co.

7. Prices
Prices listed in our online shop or our price lists are binding, in Euro and include VAT. Determining the prices specified in the written order confirmation from us. Additional services are paid separately. These prices include packaging. The delivery fee is charged to the customer.

8. Delivery
Delivery is made charged to the customer, the conditions and prices are set by the courier service engaged.

9. Return of goods
Reverse shipment of ordered goods are accepted only after the appointment within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Reference to the relevant order number or invoice number is required. When returning goods the customer is obliged to guarantee the perfect condition until they are received by our employees.

10. Processing of personal data
We store personal data of our customers only for the purpose of processing your order and current relationship with the client.

11. True law
When purchasing from our online store very apply the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

12. Cancel Order
Each user has the right within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating reasons, to give orders back. This user has intention to present in writing (e.g. fax, e-mail, letter) and send it to:

13. Consequences of refusing of Order
In case of refusal of a lawful order within the specified period shall be restored relations between the parties present before the contract delivery. Postage for returning the items are shipped at buyer’s expense apply here as the conditions of section 10.
